Shift Details

Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Fixed Shift — No Rotational Timing

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records, attendance logs, and front desk documentation
  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scheduling, and data entry
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office communication
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remains organized and presentable
  • Support daily office operations as required

Who Can Apply?Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly
  • Comfortable working evening shifts in an on-site office environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
  • English speaking proficiency will be considered a plus point

Freshers & Students Encouraged
