Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation
- Experience in a well-known hotel or reputable organization.
- Good looking and presentable personality.
- Comfortable wearing western office uniform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a neat and presentable reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow company security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service aligned with company standards.
Location:
DHA Phase 8, Commercial Broadway, Lahore.
Timings: 10am to 6pm
