We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at Outright Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees managing front-desk operations and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage front-desk operations, including handling inquiries and maintaining visitor logs
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, and document organization
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy and presentable at all times
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support daily office operations

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Professional attitude with a customer-service focus
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, front-desk officer, or administrative assistant is a plus
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to manage responsibilities independently

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
