Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team at FIVE G SOFT Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in budgeting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
• Reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and vendor accounts.
• Prepare and verify monthly income, expense, and ledger reports.
• Manage payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Coordinate with tax consultants for monthly and annual tax filing.
• Maintain records for utility bills, rent payments, and office purchases.
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and filed properly.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Support audit processes and internal reviews.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare daily cash position reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather required financial information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh candidates with strong academic background may also apply).
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
