Job Purpose:

This role would be responsible for Planning, Operations & Maintenance of Cloud Platform and Services to support organization Business Requirements.
Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business department for Customer Requirements and propose Technical solutions.

Design & manage Cloud Services (IaaS) based on the best industry practices.
-
Setup Tenant Services and onboard customer; provide support for customer services migration services.
-
Analyze cloud usage patterns, performance metrics, and resource utilization data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
-
Implement performance tuning, capacity planning, and workload optimization strategies to maximize efficiency and scalability.

Ensure robust monitoring and alerting systems to proactively monitor the performance and availability of cloud services. Configure alerts, thresholds, and escalation procedures to quickly identify and respond to issues and minimize service disruptions by providing 24/7 support.

Lead incident response efforts to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages. Troubleshooting user issues for stable services & minimize down times.

SDN management for Network automated services management & troubleshooting.

Ensure to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the performance, availability, and cost effectiveness of cloud services.

Participate in incident response efforts to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-related incidents and outages.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies related to cloud security.

Drive automation initiatives to streamline repetitive tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention in cloud operations.

Vendor management to ensure the Service Level Agreements compliance.
-
Customer management to provide timely updates on their new requests and incidents.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
Education:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering is required.

7 years of relevant experience is required.

Must have expert level hands on experience of Linux & Windows based Operating Systems

In-depth knowledge, implementation and operational skills of Virtualization & Cloud Platforms, experience with Open Stack based environment would be preferred.

Must have In-depth knowledge of Software Defined Network and Software Defined Storage

Proven solution designing & problem-solving skills Able to work under challenging environment and can sustain pressure

Deep understanding of ITIL based IT Service Management concepts.
