FEMALE HR MANAGER (NIGHT-SHIFT)

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Female HR Manager to join our team for the night shift. If you are passionate about people management and can lead HR operations during evening hours, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:

Role: HR Manager (Female – Night-Shift)
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Experience Required: 2 years in HR
Job Type: Full-time / On-site
Location: F8 Markaz

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR functions during the evening shift
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Handle employee queries and workplace concerns professionally
• Coordinate between day and night HR teams for smooth handover
• Ensure HR policies and compliance are maintained
• Maintain attendance, documentation, and shift reports

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (required for shift and department coordination)
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently during non-standard hours
