About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager HR to support and manage the daily HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive organizational culture and ensuring HR practices align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement activities.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
- Performance Management:
- Support the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- Assist in implementing performance improvement and training plans.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning & development programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Support payroll administration, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with company compensation policies and local labor laws.
- HR Policies & Compliance:
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
- HR Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate periodic HR reports.
- Contribute to HR audits, documentation, and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary package aligned with experience and industry standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
