About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Manager HR to support and manage the daily HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive organizational culture and ensuring HR practices align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Selection:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the annual performance appraisal process and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
  • Assist in implementing performance improvement and training plans.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning & development programs.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Support payroll administration, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with company compensation policies and local labor laws.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
  • HR Operations & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate periodic HR reports.
  • Contribute to HR audits, documentation, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary package aligned with experience and industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
