Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies to support a high-performance culture at EduApply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals

Lead end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding

Oversee performance management and appraisal systems

Maintain a positive and productive work culture through engagement initiatives

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution

Maintain HR records and reports (attendance, leaves, etc.)

Organize training and development programs

Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and business goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3+ years of experience in an HR management role

Strong understanding of HR systems, labor laws, and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
