Location: Bahria Phase 4, Rawalpindi (Onsite)
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Shift: Night Shift

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance. If you’re someone who enjoys building great workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with department heads for resource planning and staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Provide support in training and development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in IT or service-based organizations).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work in the Night Shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
