HR Operations Executive

Role Summary

We’re looking for an HR professional to manage employee records and HR systems throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The role involves maintaining accurate HRIS data, managing attendance and leave, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with EOBI and social security, and supporting HR reporting.

Duties And Responsibilities

Employee Record & HRIS Management

  • Ensure timely and accurate induction of new employees into the HRIS.
  • Complete the personal files as per the approved checklist and maintain the digital form.
  • Maintain up-to-date and error-free employee data in the HRIS and regularly check employee records and update any changes

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employees’ attendance records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Compile and finalize monthly attendance data, ensuring accurate checking of allowances and deductions for payroll processing.
  • Assist employees in their issues related to attendance and leaves in the HRIS.

Employee Lifecycle Processes

  • Manage and track employee probation periods, confirmations, and documentation.
  • Support in executing final settlements of exiting employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Process employee requests for official letters (experience, employment verification, Travel, etc.).

HR Analytics Data

  • Compile and share the monthly data of headcount, attrition, employee related cost, HR expense, benefits claims, and other analytics with the Rewards Partner.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee health and life insurance claims and employee’s support.
  • Support in annual health insurance renewals, including data collection, analysis, and coordination with all the involved stakeholders.
  • Send accurate and timely claims reports to finance

EOBI & Social Security

  • Manage EOBI registrations, additions, and deletions, and issue EOBI payment vouchers on time.
  • Prepare and share the monthly social security report with finance every month.
  • Assistance in HR projects:
  • Complete the HR projects that are assigned by the line manager.
  • Support the team in new HR projects as and when required.

Any other task assigned by the line manager

Job Specifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A learning mindset with the ability to adapt and take initiative.
