HR Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Department. The ideal candidate will provide support across all areas of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all areas of HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze employee attendance and generate reports.
• Verify and track overtime hours in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, HRIS entries, and personnel files.
• Process employee loans, track repayments, and maintain records.
• Monitor probation periods and coordinate confirmations, extensions, or terminations with managers.
• Support in disciplinary actions, termination reporting, and HR policy compliance.
• Assist with ticket and hotel bookings for employees as required.
• Provide general administrative support and communicate effectively with employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Coordinate and support any additional tasks assigned by the HR team or management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Prior experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Strong skills in MS Excel, HR systems, and data management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
