HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our fast-growing fast-food chain. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, training, and compliance. This role is critical in building a motivated team, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for front-line, kitchen, and management positions.

Coordinate with store managers to identify staffing needs and fill positions quickly to minimize downtime.

Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding of new employees.

Build a talent pipeline for high-turnover roles.

2. Employee Onboarding & Training

Organize comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Implement continuous training programs to enhance staff performance, including food safety, customer service, and leadership development.

Monitor employee progress and recommend promotions or role changes where necessary.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates employees and minimizes turnover.

Address employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Conduct regular feedback sessions and exit interviews to improve retention strategies.

Plan team-building activities to improve morale and engagement.

4. Performance Management

Set clear performance expectations in collaboration with department heads.

Conduct performance reviews and assist managers in implementing improvement plans.

Identify high-performing employees for career development opportunities.

5. Payroll & Benefits Management

Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.

Manage employee benefits, attendance, and leave tracking.

Ensure compliance with labor laws regarding wages, overtime, and working hours.

6. HR Reporting

Prepare and present HR metrics, including turnover rates, hiring progress, and workforce planning reports.

Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or F&B industry.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple locations.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
