We are looking for HR Officer to support our human resources functions and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, from resume screening to initial interviews.
Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless orientation experience and proper documentation.
Maintain and update personnel records with accuracy and compliance.
Oversee attendance tracking and support payroll processing.
Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution to foster a positive work environment.
Manage various HR administrative tasks and support policy implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1 year in an HR role, with a strong focus on Recruitment.
Familiarity with attendance management, and leave management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Location: Islamabad
Days: Mon to Sat
Timing: 9 to 5
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In person
