The Role:

This is not a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for a strategic partner who will seamlessly integrate the human capital function with core business operations. The CHRO will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for the entire employee lifecycle and the strategic oversight of administration, procurement, and inventory management.

This role is critical for building a high-performance culture, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring our workplace and supply chain are robust, scalable, and aligned with our business goals

Required Qualification & Experience

a) 16 years of education, preferably with MBA/ MBA (HR/Public Administration or equivalent).

b) Proven track record of at least 15 years, with 5 years in a CHRO or equivalent leadership role, showcasing progressive responsibilities. Experience in IT & Telecom Industry/organization will be preferred.

c) Strong understanding of HRM & HRD best practices, administrative management including operations (Admin, Procurement, inventory management), labor laws, and industry trends.

d) Demonstrated success in HRM & HRD, optimizing procurement, inventory, and administrative operations.

e) Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and data-driven decision-making capability.

Job Descriptions, included but not limited to:

a) Develop and implement HRM and HRD strategies aligned with the Company mission, vision, and goals.

b) Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on people-related matters.

c) Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives.

d) Support business growth through workforce planning and talent optimization.

e) The CHRO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining HR policies that promote fairness, transparency, and organizational integrity, while ensuring full compliance with labour laws and regulatory standards.

f) Ensure employees have clear roles, attainable targets, and regular KPI monitoring by line managers.

g) Responsible for the overall well-being of all employees by fostering a supportive and motivating work environment, providing access to counselling, ensuring adequate training, and facilitating regular team-building opportunities.

h) Lead the Administration function, ensuring seamless office operations, facilities management, and corporate services

i) The CHRO will also be responsible for overseeing the Company procurement operations, encompassing both technical and general purchases.

j) The CHRO will be responsible for overseeing all inventory operations of the Company. Ensuring transparency, accountability, and compliance with company policies.
