HR Manager

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly competent and results-driven HR Manager (Female) to join our leadership team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping HR strategy, driving organizational growth, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee HR administration, including employee records, HRIS management, and documentation.
  • Lead end-of-the-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning processes.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll management with strict compliance with regulations.
  • Implement performance management systems and employee development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention programs to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Advise senior management on HR planning, organizational structure, and succession management.
  • Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism
  • Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience

Strong command of HR practices, policies, and Pakistan labor legislation

Proven leadership and people management skills

Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities

High proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
