Job description:
The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, and ensuring efficient front office operations while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and positive first impression
Handle incoming calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
Manage visitor logs and issue access passes in accordance with company procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Provide administrative support, including documentation, filing, and data entry
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front office or receptionist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
Nationality : Philippines
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
