Job Overview

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Ajman office. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and general inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
  • Maintain office records, files, and administrative documents
  • Support staff with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception and waiting area remain clean and presentable

Candidate Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Presentable, courteous, and customer-service oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and data entry
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative position is preferred
