Job Summary:
We are seeking a presentable, well-spoken, and organized female receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules
- Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments when required
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Urdu
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
