We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team at Dessange Bahrain, a leading beauty and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk management: Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Appointment scheduling: Manage bookings efficiently and coordinate with stylists/therapists.
- Client communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Administrative support: Assist with daily operations and maintain records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality experience.
- Prior experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
