Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Female Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support while ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about services
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Maintain visitor logs and basic records
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
