Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails promptly in English and other required languages.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Provide accurate information to visitors, clients, and employees regarding the company and its services.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and courier services.

Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges as per company policy.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Support HR and administration teams with office-related requests when required.

Uphold confidentiality and represent the company’s image with professionalism and courtesy.
Professional / Academic requirements:.

3+ years of experience as a receptionists or secretary at well know employer.

Fluent in English
is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
