is looking for an
Executive Board Assistant
responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations to ensure efficiency across the organization. Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and assists senior management as needed.
Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications
-
Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
-
Track documents through the approval process and secure required signatures
-
Act as liaison between the CEO and internal departments
-
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings
-
Review and process senior management correspondence before final approval
-
Follow up on official documentation, payments (e.g., insurance, construction stamps), and regulatory procedures
-
Oversee contractor registry applications and operations contract follow-ups
-
Support senior management with additional tasks as requested
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (private).
-
Proven experience from 1 to 2 years in Real estate as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
-
Have a high English Profile
-
Excellent MS Office knowledge.

Excellent CRM knowledge.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills
