Key Responsibilities

Review and check structural design packages, schematics, and detailed drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design codes and project requirements.

Ensure structural designs meet all applicable local standards, including design criteria specific to real estate projects.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, MEP engineers, and project managers—to resolve design issues and ensure cohesive project delivery.

Support in managing design consultants and external engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project timelines.

Participate in technical discussions, value engineering, and risk assessments.

Conduct site visits and inspections to verify construction works conform to approved structural designs and specifications.

Assist in developing and maintaining design documentation, technical reports, and structural calculations.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.

6–7 years of experience in structural design and engineering, with a background in a consultancy firm or real estate development company.

Strong knowledge of structural systems for concrete and steel structures.

Experience with structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP, AutoCAD, Revit).

Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Experience with real estate projects (e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use developments) is a strong advantage.

Excellent command of English—both written and writing
