Administrative/Receptionist Position
- Greet and provide support for guests and visitors
- Provide assistance to board members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
- Answer all in-coming calls
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
- Exercises skills to identify situations that require attention and resolution as well as appropriate discretion that require the attention of management.
- Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing mail, and packages.
- Update client roster in company software program for all new sales and leases
- Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
- Monitors the cleanliness of the lobby, entrance and related work areas
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required including the receipt of payments
- Maintains a positive and professional attitude toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
- Process lease and/or sales applications for Board of Directors approval
- Minimum of 1-2 years in administrative support role – property management/real estate background preferable but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a must
