Receptionist/ Front Desk

Administrative/Receptionist Position

  • Greet and provide support for guests and visitors
  • Provide assistance to board members, residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
  • Answer all in-coming calls
  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate’s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.
  • Exercises skills to identify situations that require attention and resolution as well as appropriate discretion that require the attention of management.
  • Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing mail, and packages.
  • Update phone lists
  • Update client roster in company software program for all new sales and leases
  • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
  • Monitors the cleanliness of the lobby, entrance and related work areas
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required including the receipt of payments
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude toward residents, visitors, and co-workers
  • Process lease and/or sales applications for Board of Directors approval
  • Skills/Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years in administrative support role – property management/real estate background preferable but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
