Job Description

Eco Gasoline (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a confident, well-organized and computer-literate Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality and good command of office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
  • Maintain visitor records and handle appointments
  • Handle basic office correspondence and emails
  • Manage files, records and office documents
  • Coordinate with management and staff as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline of reception area

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, basic office software)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-groomed, polite and professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage work pressure

Experience

  • 1–2 years experience in a similar role preferred
