Receptionist / Front Desk Officer - Female Only

Job type: Full-Time

Shift: Morning, 10:00-07:00

Job Summary:

We are seeking a good looking, well mannered, courteous, and professional Receptionist/Student Protocol Officer to welcome and serve as the first point of contact for our visa consultancy office. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities, provide administrative support, manage inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

* Give protocol to the visitors.

* Answer incoming calls.

* Schedule client appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.

* Provide accurate information about visa services, application processes, and documentation requirements.

* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

* Assist in Photocopies and scanning of documents

* Coordinate with consultants to ensure smooth client servicing.

* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

* Follow up with clients as needed via phone calls.

  • Other office tasks assigned by the seniors.

Requirements:

* 4 Years Bachelor’s degree

* Good looking with a smiling face.

* Well mannered and a presentable personality.

* Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative (preferably in visa, travel, or education consultancy).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Professional appearance and demeanor.

Salary range: (60-80k) plus bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
