Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and patient inquiries
- Maintain patient records and administrative documents
- Insurance claim management for patients
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
- Handle front desk operations efficiently
Requirements
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Healthcare Softwares
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
