RECEPTIONIST+ INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an efficient, welcoming and friendly Receptionist + Insurance coordinator with strong knowledge in daily insurance related tasks including but not limited to approvals, claim submission and re-submission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with their inquiries and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Manage patient registration, insurance verification, and billing processes.
  • Sound in daily insurance related tasks. Can efficiently and promptly take insurance approvals, can submit and resubmit claims.
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records.
  • Provide support to medical staff as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of receptionist and insurance coordinator experience in medical centre in Dubai.
  • Should have own residency visa.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in computer applications and office software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
