Receptionist – Interior Fit-Out Company

Job Description

We are looking for a well-organized and professional Receptionist with experience in an Interior Fit-Out or construction environment. The candidate will manage front desk operations, coordinate with site teams, and provide administrative support to the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet clients, consultants, and vendors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to projects
  • Coordinate meetings with designers, project managers, and site teams
  • Maintain records of drawings, submittals, and project documents
  • Track site staff attendance and visitor logs
  • Manage courier deliveries and office supplies
  • Support basic HR and admin tasks as required

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience as a Receptionist (Interior Fit-Out / Construction background preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of Interior Fit-Out or site operations
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office and email handling
  • Presentable, organized, and multitasking ability
