Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Dubai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing their overall experience. Candidates will interact with clients, schedule appointments, handle service-related queries, and provide professional support to ensure an exceptional customer journey.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in client interactions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English. Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare or related industries is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
