- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through efficient data entry and cash handling when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues swiftly, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions.
- Support client services by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.
Experience
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse client base effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, computer skills, and data entry processes is important for success in this role.
- Experience with outbound calling, customer service, or sales will help you excel in engaging clients proactively.
- Call center experience involving analysis skills, call handling, and client interaction will be advantageous.
