Receptionist & Office Support

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist & Office Support for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.


Purpose-


The Receptionist & Office Support Assistant will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors ensuring a professional and welcoming front-office experience. They will provides day-to-day administrative and hospitality support and will contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment.


Responsibilities-

Front Desk & Reception Duties


  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Handle meeting room bookings and prepare rooms
  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area


Hospitality & Client Service


  • Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, water)
  • Set up meeting rooms before meetings
  • Maintain pantry and kitchen cleanliness
  • Monitor and restock pantry supplies


Office Support


  • Assist with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, printing)
  • Handle courier services and mail distribution.
  • Coordinate deliveries.


Facilities & Coordination


  • Help maintain a clean and organized office
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff and service providers
  • Report maintenance or facility issues


Skills-


  • 1–3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or office support.
  • Professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Basic administrative and organizational skills.
