Pay: Starting at $20/HR+ (DOE)
Location: Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center – Grants Pass, OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.

• Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors and guests.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining personnel files.

• Support payroll and accounts payable processes.

• Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

• Help with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents.

• Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required.

• Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and team meetings.

• Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support the team.

What You Bring:

• Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.

• Ability to build rapport and work cooperatively with residents, families, and coworkers.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions in English.

• Basic computer skills, with an eagerness to learn company-specific software.

• Previous administrative experience preferred.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and reference verification.
