Receptionist – Sales and Marketing - Including weekends

Job Description

Receptionist play a vital role in keeping us organized and on track. We are looking for a team-oriented professional to help manage daily sales operations. A Receptionist is a business professional who must be able to multi-task in a team environment where organizational expertise is essential.

The Receptionist will generally be responsible for:

  • Open and close Sales Center.
  • Perform receptionist duties in the Sales Office by answering phones, greeting, and registering traffic, and scheduling appointments and presentations for the sales team.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Sales Center under the direction of the Marketing Director.
  • Sales administration as needed.
  • Providing general clerical support including mailing, scanning, invoice tracking, faxing and copying.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate retail/high end residential real estate.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Detail orientated with excellent organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for working closely with a multitude of internal and external partners.
  • Significant Proficiency MS Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Power Point).

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with other employees and outside business contacts. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Must frequently be able to safely and independently move or position up to 25 pounds.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. Flexibility is a necessity as extended hours will be required from time to time to meet the needs of the business that will require some weekends and evenings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
