Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Matcha in Saudi Arabial. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm and welcoming experience. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression and maintaining the smooth operation of the premise.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and provide information about our spa services.
• Schedule appointments and manage the booking system.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our services and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the spa staff to ensure the best experience for clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling client information.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills. Arabic speaker is a must
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service, fitness club, hotel, restaurant, retail shop, or reception role is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in using computer software and office equipment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge into sports services and products is a bonus.
• Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• The shortlisted candidates should be able to join the company on 15th October 2025 as the joining date.
