Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in receptionist/administration roles
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls, and take accurate messages
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier packages
  • Maintain visitor logs, staff directories, and office records
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry
  • Assist various departments with secretarial and administrative duties
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required
  • Support travel arrangements, event coordination, and other tasks as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
