Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in receptionist/administration roles
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls, and take accurate messages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier packages
- Maintain visitor logs, staff directories, and office records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documents
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks: filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry
- Assist various departments with secretarial and administrative duties
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when required
- Support travel arrangements, event coordination, and other tasks as needed
