Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and creative individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with digital creativity — perfect for someone who loves connecting with people both in person and online.

Your role will include:
Welcoming clients and providing excellent front-desk service
Managing bookings, schedules, and client inquiries
Creating, editing, and managing content across our social media platforms
Assisting with marketing campaigns and maintaining brand consistency
Using digital tools and apps to support smooth studio operations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Confident with social media platforms (Instagram, Canva, Reels, etc.)
• Skilled in basic video/photo editing and content creation
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
• Friendly, professional, and passionate about wellness
