ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. Your bilingual skills will enhance communication with a diverse clientele, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and supported. We pride ourselves n providing top-notch insurance services and a welcoming environment. We are seeking a motivate and friendly receptionist to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
