ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1986, and today I’m proud to lead a team of ten. As a second-generation State Farm agent who was born and raised right here in Santa Barbara, this work has always been a part of my life. I absolutely love what I do, and while I’m now at a stage where I’m looking to find more balance and enjoy time with my grandkids, I remain fully committed to building a strong, successful team.
I offer generous employee benefits, including PTO, disability, health, dental, and vision coverage, group life insurance, and a Simple IRA plan.
Our office works hard and loves to win. We thrive on energy, positivity, and connection. I’m looking for someone who is outgoing, personable, and excited to contribute to a high-performing team atmosphere.
