ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Gina McQuillan State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an entry level Customer Service Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Accept payment, explain bills and alert customers of bills requiring payment.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Support social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in service and sales conversations.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
