Our agency opened in 2026 and is a growing team of two with plans to expand. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with another insurance company, bringing valuable industry experience and a strong customer-focused approach into the agency.

I attended UC Davis and am married with two kids. I enjoy staying active, love sports, and spend as much time outdoors as possible.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kevin Lei - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin Chinese preferred.
