ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2000 and is a growing, close-knit team currently made up of two team members with plans to expand. I’ve spent my entire career with State Farm, starting just 17 days after graduating, with experience in both claims and agency - bringing a well-rounded perspective to how we serve our customers.

I’m a graduate of The University of Akron, a member of a national fraternity, and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time outdoors.

Jared Swank - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
