ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of nine. I’ve been with State Farm since 2018, including time as a team member, and previously worked as a General Manager for a startup mobile car wash company.

I’m a graduate of Southern Nazarene University, married with a toddler son, and have a dog named Brooks who occasionally joins us in the office. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, traveling, cooking, and volunteering. As a longtime Tulsa resident, I’m proud to serve and stay connected to our local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Austin Jones - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
