Department: Administration / Front Office
Location: Industrial Area 11, Sharjah
Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager
Duration: Temporary / Short-term 1 Month only

Salary: 1800 AED Package / Month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, transfer to concerned departments, and take messages when required.
  • Maintain visitor logbook and ensure front desk area is neat and organized.
  • Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for staff or guest requirements.
  • Manage courier deliveries, mail distribution, and office supplies for front desk area.
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper communication flow within the office.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front desk representative.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Available to join immediately for temporary assignment.

Working Hours:
As per company policy / duty schedule.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
