We are looking for a competent HR admin cum secretary to help with the organization and running of the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake combined functions of human resources, general administration, and secretarial support. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet professional who can handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • HR basic duties
  • Maintaining employee files and databases, such as daily attendance and monitoring leaves.
  • Preparing HR-related documents like offer letters, employment contracts and salary certificates, etc.
  • Secretarial duties, maintaining office meeting notes and records
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Provide support or assistance as needed.

Skills

  • Proven experience in relevant role
  • Knowledge of back-office computer systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • English and Tagalog speaking

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: 2500 - 4000 per Month

Schedule:

  • 9 am to 5:30 pm

NO TOURIST VISA!! Applicants on tourist visas will not be called for interviews.
