Job Summary
We are seeking a receptionist for our business as well as a someone with interest in meditation, sound healing, or yoga. We are looking for someone who can run sessions at the salt cave. The receptionist salary would be $20-25 per hour. If you lead classes like yoga or meditations, the pay is per event in the range of $50-$150 per class.

We are seeking an independent, highly organized, friendly and reliable individual who is available 20-25 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask. We strive to offer a wellness experience that requires attention to detail and cleanliness. Reliability is of utmost importance. Our workplace is calm and relaxing. Timeliness is essential to keep us on schedule.

Receptionist Duties

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform reservations on our booking site, answer emails, and phone calls .
• Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spaces.
• Support administrative functions as required, including managing office supplies.
• Punctual arrival time and keeping appointments on schedule.

Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
• Comfort with booking software and using a computer.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Certification in yoga or sound meditation is a plus (for those wishing to instruct at the cave).
