Job Purpose
Serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, embodying the organization’s professionalism and commitment to exceptional customer service. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsible for managing front desk activities, including greeting guests, handling phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Additionally, the role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining a tidy reception area, and managing correspondence.

Education & Qualification:
Ideally 2+ years in a similar role within a corporate or customer-focused environment.
Experience in providing general administrative support, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Competencies and Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
