We are looking for a professional and well-presented Emirati Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office experience while supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Support basic administrative and coordination tasks
- Assist internal teams when required
Requirements:
- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Presentable, professional, and well-organized
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
