We are seeking a professional and welcoming UAE National to join our team as a Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a professional first impression of the company.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently while keeping accurate records of calls and visitor requests.
- Operate standard office equipment regularly and assist in maintaining the general office filing system.
- Receive deliveries, sort incoming mail, and coordinate distribution to the relevant departments.
- Monitor the inventory of office supplies and restock items as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be a UAE National (Family Book holder) in compliance with MoHRE/Tawteen mandates.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and phone skills, with a punctual and reliable attendance history.
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks independently.
