Receptionist & Ward Secretary

India

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
  • Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain front office records and ensure smooth communication with all departments.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information.
  • Coordinate patient flow and guide patients to respective departments.
  • Manage admission and discharge formalities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain hospital decorum.
  • Maintain ward records, patient files, and reports.
  • Assist doctors and nurses in administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy, lab, and billing departments for patient needs.
  • Handle admission, transfer, and discharge documentation.
  • Ensure timely communication between ward and other departments.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accuracy in records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
